How to use this page
Treat urgent rows first — blood loss, hemothorax, sepsis and brain damage kill faster than hunger. When in doubt, open the vitals page and check which meters are in warning or critical. Pair this with the getting-started guide for crafting order and layer prep.
Urgent — treat immediately
Apply a tourniquet to the limb (not head or torso), then dress wounds with antiseptic bandages or liquid.
