[BIOMETRIC REPORT - 25##-08-04-09-05-25-1057] [Project: "A day in the life"] ---------------------------------------------- It's quiet. Those who get lucky often just rest; sometimes they socialize. Usually, they just worry about those who got taken. This concept of "Hours", this cycle, schedule... It's terrifying. I don't understand it. Why is each sleep cycle divided into 24 (?) hours? What governs such rules? Even the humans play by it. Is something above them controlling it? Some more hours later, the first test subjects start to trickle back in. Best-case scenario, they walk in on their own. Quite common, actually. Sometimes they are carried in. Rarely, two guards come in instead. They head straight to someone's cot and take away their things. If it were your friend, and the guards are some of the nicer ones, they will let you keep a thing or two. I don't really have anyone to wait for anymore, so I just watch those who do. Everyone is used to this, but the nerves are always present. Dinner time. The meal dispensers dropped some cooked meat on my plate. Lucky. Better than breakfast, for sure. Some others hum approvingly, as they get similarly lucky. Others grumble as they get served the same old nutrient bars. It's really like they are feeding us with whatever they have on hand... Maybe this is a test, too? Sometimes fights break out over the food, but that's rare. The guards are not happy anytime this happens. People talk. They play. They sing. Some nurse their wounds, or help others nurse theirs. It's a calm time. The coats are done for the time being. Later. In about an "hour", our last meal of the day will be served. Bedtime soon after that. There is not much more to say, really. Actually, there is one thing. Very rarely, extra tests will be called around this time. Well, the humans call them "Relocations" or "Assignments." You never come back when you get called to one of those. But they always allow you to take your things. I am not sure if it's because they are really taking you somewhere else, or they simply want to expedite the process of emptying your place by having you do it yourself. Everyone wonders what reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa fddda shit Froze up for a moment there. I can't remove the letters. The device won't let me. It's bery crap my hands are shaking its difficult to type they called the tests tonight i dont know where those called go but they called my number i am about to find out wish me luck [PAGE 2 OF 2]
