The failure rate is less than 1 in 500, but still... As you know, when E=mc2, and c is so large, that means just the mass of a raisin collapsing into a black hole will immediately (within 10^-25 seconds) evaporate to Hawking radiation, and generate the energy equivalent to the nuclear bomb dropped on Hiroshima. Our systems for reversing the teleportation when this happens are getting better and can take away most of that energy, but we can't let any more leak out. Serendipitously, this solves our abnormally high food usage problem, for now. No one will question why our food delivery department is using food.
